Staff Rules

Noir Ladies provide services only to Noir Palace Members, according to their membership level and applicable benefits.
Charge 50 R per session, up to about 30 minutes. Tips are kept by the lady.
Complimentary lap dances may be provided free for up to 10 minutes. Any additional time is treated as a normal session and charged according to the standard session rules.
Services are provided as:
- Bronze: Noir Palace and party place.
- Silver: Noir Properties.
- Gold and Platinum: anywhere.
The location where a service may be provided is determined by the Member’s membership level. A Lady’s star level reflects training and progression and does not by itself restrict the service location, unless Management specifies otherwise.
Active Noir Ladies should not hide their profile or friends list from Noir Management. Visibility to the wider public may remain a personal choice unless Management requires otherwise for operational or trust reasons.
Ladies report to Simoni and provide a 20% cut of their services, except managers.
Auction bids are paid 80% to ladies. The rest is kept by the House. Trial ladies cannot participate.
Ladies can serve a platinum member but are reimbursed by Simoni only according to their stars.
Presence in adult places is not accepted.
Noir Ladies shall attend most parties organised weekly, except those whose time zone is quite opposite. During Monday parties, services to Gold and higher-level members are provided free as a stated benefit.
Training I is required to be completed by 1-star ladies.
New Member Welcome Sessions. Any Noir Lady who registers a new member, regardless of membership level, is responsible for arranging and delivering their complimentary welcome session. She must contact the member within 48 hours of registration to arrange a mutually agreed time, inform a Noir Manager if assistance or reassignment is needed, and confirm completion to a Manager.
