Noir Palace will participate in Virtual Convention 2026 as a Bronze Sponsor! Here is what our participation includes and what we need to prepare. **OUR PRESENCE** We will have a large booth in the Virtual Hall, giving visitors a place to discover Noir Palace. **PRESENTATION** We have been invited to give a talk at the Megabyte Theatre, the convention’s main theatre. We need to submit a title, a short description and our preferred date: December 3, 4 or 5. **DAY 1 KICK-OFF PARTY — DECEMBER 3** Noir Palace will be listed as a co-host alongside the other Silver and Bronze Sponsors. If you have ideas for music, a DJ set or a party theme, please share them so we can inform the convention administrators. **AWARDS & SPONSOR RECOGNITION** Our sponsorship includes: • Four tickets to the VirtualCon 2026 Awards Ceremony on December 5. • Four Bronze Sponsor badges, which can be worn until the end of the convention. • A commemorative sponsor plaque for our booth, celebrating 20 years of Utherverse and 10 years of Virtual Convention. **MARKETING & VISIBILITY** **Social Center:** Our advertisement will run for one week to promote our participation. **Transport:** Our advertisement will appear at transport advertising spots for one week. We need to send the administrators our chosen image. **Logo placement:** Our logo is already on the VirtualCon 2026 forum post. It will also appear on the convention website, in convention emails, at the Entrance, in the Awards Hall and on the Anniversary Hall sponsor wall. **Social media & Wrap Report:** Noir Palace will receive a mention on VirtualCon’s social media and be included in the report published after the convention. **WHAT WE NEED TO PREPARE** • Our presentation topic, short description and preferred date. • The advertising image. • Any ideas or contributions for the opening party.
